Mike Andrews is the protagonist and a survivor of the outbreak in A New World. He was a doctor and a newly wed who cares greatly for his wife and sister. He tries his best to protect others he is close to. He led his group around many areas until he stayed on an island with Melissa Brooke after Season 3. He later lived in the Safe Zone and later the Kingdom, where he lived until Mister X killed him.

Mister X and his group had surrounded Mike's group and X said he was going to use him as an example on why they need to watch who they're messing with. Mike, having lost everything and wanting to protect his group, accepts his fate and turns to the others with a smile, saying goodbye. While he is still looking at the others, X pulls out a knife and jabs Mike in the neck, shocking him. X then slashes his back and just cuts Mike up, making his death more painful for him and the others. Vivian Lox demands him to finish it, but X drags it out. He ends up chopping off Mike's head, taking the head for himself. It is unknown if the head was ever put down.
